Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $75.

Standard Shipping (US): $5.99 flat rate, delivered in 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS.

Expedited Shipping (US): $12.99, delivered in 2–4 business days.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging: All orders ship in recycled cardboard boxes with paper-based protective fill. No plastic bubble wrap, no styrofoam. Our glass bottles are carefully cushioned to ensure safe delivery.

Fragile Shipments: Because we use glass bottles, every order is packed with extra care. In the rare event a bottle arrives broken, contact us immediately and we'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

International Shipping: Currently US-only. International shipping coming soon.

Lost or Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
